Main Features:

1. Utilizes counter-current cooling principle to cool high-temperature, high-humidity particles, avoiding sudden cooling caused by direct contact between cold air and hot material, thus preventing surface cracking. Simultaneously, the use of a closed-loop feeder with a large air intake area results in significant cooling effect.

2. Employs a linear reciprocating grid-type unloading mechanism, ensuring smooth and uniform discharge with adjustable flow rate and speed.

2. The slide valve discharge mechanism ensures smooth and reliable operation with minimal residue.

4. The temperature of the cooled finished product does not exceed room temperature ±3℃ to ±5℃.

5. Low energy consumption and easy operation.

6. With special coercive discharging system.

7. It can be used in all kinds of raw material.
