A Complete Feed Processing Machinery Range

The Product Center is organised around the main process stages of a feed plant. This allows us to match each machine to its duty and also coordinate the whole line from one supplier.

Pre-Cleaner Rotary and powder cleaning sieves for raw material intake and pre-grinding treatment. Removal of stones, dust, fines and oversize impurities before grinding and pelleting.
Cooler Counterflow or vertical coolers for pellets and extruded products. Reducing pellet temperature and moisture after pelleting or extrusion to stabilize finished feed.
Crumbler Double roll crushers for controlled size reduction of cooled pellets. Production of crumble feed for chicks, piglets and other young animals.
Rotary Sifter Rotary screens and grading sifters for pellets, crumbles and powders. Removal of fines and on-spec separation before bagging or bulk loading.
Oil and Liquid Adding System Spray systems for post-pellet coating with oils, molasses, flavors and liquid additives. Enriching pellets with fats and liquids while maintaining uniform coating and avoiding fines buildup.
Bucket Elevator and Conveyor Vertical bucket elevators and belt, screw or chain conveyors for raw material and finished feed. Connecting process machines and bins with gentle handling and stable flow.
Other Auxiliary Dust collectors, gates, bins, discharge devices, magnet separators and supporting equipment. Completing the process line, protecting machines from metal debris and controlling dust.
Spare Parts Ring dies, rollers, hammers, screens, seals, bearings and critical replacement components. Minimizing downtime and keeping production running between scheduled maintenance windows.

Where Each Product Fits in the Line

We arrange equipment by process stage so the machinery range supports a logical material flow from raw material intake to finished feed bagging or bulk loading.

  • Raw material handling and cleaning: Pre-Cleaner, Bucket Elevator and Conveyor, magnets and dust control protect downstream machines.
  • Grinding: Hammer Mill and vertical pulverizer reduce particle size before mixing or pelleting.
  • Batching and mixing: Mixer homogenizes dry and liquid ingredients with batch or continuous dosing.
  • Conditioning and pelleting: Pellet Mill with conditioner or DDC improves starch gelatinization and pellet quality.
  • Post-pellet treatment: Cooler, Crumbler, Rotary Sifter and Oil and Liquid Adding System finish the product.
  • Transfer and support: Bucket Elevator and Conveyor, Other Auxiliary and Spare Parts complete the plant.

How We Configure a Custom Line

Line design starts with raw material and formulation, not with a fixed equipment list. We ask for the starting ingredients, target capacity, pellet diameter, expected moisture and the level of automation required. Engineering then selects the process path, machine sizes, conveying route, conditioning and post-pellet coating steps.

  • Pre-cleaning and grinding are matched to raw material impurity level, particle size and required throughput.
  • Mixing is configured by batch size, liquid addition points and the uniformity target of the final formula.
  • Pelleting is sized for formula composition, steam quality, die hole diameter and energy consumption.
  • Post-pellet equipment is selected around cooling capacity, crumble size and final screening efficiency.

Controls, Automation and Integration

For turn-key projects we supply the electrical control system with the line. We configure motor control, interlocking, batching logic and monitoring around your plant layout and operating method. The same control package can also be adapted to existing equipment where the project requires a line upgrade rather than a new building.

  • PLC-based automation for batching, dosing, liquid addition and sequence start-stop.

Can you supply one machine instead of a complete line?

Yes. We sell individual machines and plant sections as well as complete turn-key projects. The proposal will show the machine, its connection points and the support needed to install it into an existing process.

What information do you need to quote a feed mill line?

We need the raw materials, final feed type and formula direction, target capacity in tons per hour, pellet or crumble size, available utilities and the desired automation level. With these inputs we can prepare a process flow, equipment list and budget configuration.
