As one of the established Custom Feed Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturers in China, Goldlong Machinery And Engineering Co., Ltd. supplies the functional supporting equipment that keeps material flow, dust extraction, distribution and machine protection reliable across feed processing plants. Our range includes round and square pulse dust filters, rotary distributors, tubular magnets, pneumatic three-way valves, air locks, fans, side gates and slide gates. We build these units as engineered parts of complete feed milling systems, not as unrelated components.
Depending on your project, we can supply auxiliary equipment for direct replacement, for a new process module, or as part of a turnkey feed mill. We support the line from process design through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service, and we have exported complete projects and machinery to markets in Europe, Asia, Africa and beyond. For the process machines that connect to this auxiliary range, review the complete Product Center.
Each auxiliary unit has a defined job in the feed production chain. The table below summarises the equipment family we manufacture and where it normally fits in a plant.
| Equipment | Primary function | Typical placement |
|---|---|---|
| TBLMy Series Round Pulse Filter | Compact dust collection with pulse reverse cleaning | Grinding, conveying and pellet mill dust pickup points |
| TBLMFa Series Square Pulse Filter | High-capacity dust collection for high dust concentration | Feed mill ventilation and high-load process points |
| TFPX Rotary Distributor | Gravity-fed distribution from one inlet to multiple bins | Above storage bins, day bins and process bin groups |
| TCXT Tubular Magnet | Removal of ferrous metal from gravity material flow | Ahead of hammer mills, pellet mills, crushers and extruders |
| TBDQ/TBDQy Pneumatic Three-way | Diverts material flow in pneumatic conveying lines | At pipeline branch points and distribution routes |
| Air Lock | Seals filter or cyclone discharge while allowing material out | Under pulse filters, cyclones and bin outlets |
| Fan | Supplies air volume and pressure for extraction or conveying | Dust collection systems and pneumatic conveying networks |
| Side Gate and Slide Gate | Starts, stops or regulates gravity flow from bins and chutes | Bin outlets, screw conveyor inlets, surge hoppers |
The TFPX rotary distributor is supplied with 4 to 16 outlets. Standard 219 mm spout units handle 30–80 t/h and 250 mm spout units handle 40–100 t/h, each with a 0.55 kW drive.
Auxiliary equipment is specified according to the process duty around it. In poultry, pig and livestock feed mills, the critical tasks are reliable distribution to multiple bins, protection of the grinding and pelleting stages, and control of dust in the working environment. In aqua feed and extruded pet food plants, the focus is on stable sealed discharge under the filter or cyclone, smooth pneumatic distribution of meal and coated pellets, and protection of the extruder and drier from contamination.
These products also appear in biomass pelleting lines, grain storage systems and compound fertilizer plants, where material flow properties and dust loads often differ from standard feed ingredients. Before proposing a configuration, our engineers review the bulk density, particle size, moisture, temperature, abrasiveness and flowability of the product being handled.
We select auxiliary equipment from process data rather than from a fixed size list. The following variables determine the model, actuation and arrangement:
Our round and square pulse filters cover a wide range of workshop ventilation and machine dust collection duties.
| Series | Model range | Air volume (m3/h) | Filter area (m2) |
|---|---|---|---|
| TBLMy round | TBLMy9 to TBLMy78 | 1,215 – 16,200 | 6.8 – 58.5 |
| TBLMFa square | TBLMFa9 to TBLMFa220 | 408 – 39,820 | 3.4 – 165.8 |
| Filter bag length | Standard or customised | 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 mm |
Air volume ranges shown are for our standard units. We adjust the number of filter bags, bag length and fan duty to the actual pickup points and workshop ventilation targets of your project.
Manufacturing is carried out in our own 14,000 m² facility in Liyang, Jiangsu, China, with ERP-based production management and controlled shop operations. Our engineering team can adapt standard units based on customer drawings or samples to meet specific process needs. Each auxiliary machine is inspected before shipment: operation, sealing, safety-related elements and the complete function of the unit are checked against the process drawing and the electrical or pneumatic interface.
Our commitment to customers includes strict quality control, on-time delivery, transparent project communication and a 24-hour rapid response mechanism. For turnkey projects, we handle installation, commissioning and operator training; after commissioning, we continue with remote diagnostics, technical consultation and spare parts supply. Common wear components are kept in stock so that replacement can be arranged quickly.
Because most auxiliary equipment is installed around existing process machinery, we adapt the unit to the site layout rather than forcing the layout around a standard frame. We need to know headroom, wall or floor mounting, bin arrangement, connection sizes and the distance to the control panel before finalising dimensions. Filters and rotary distributors are designed for modular transport and installation, with easily accessible filter bags, inspection doors and maintenance points.
For ongoing reliability, we focus maintenance advice on filter bag condition, pulse valve timing, magnet surface cleaning, air lock rotor clearance and slide gate wear. These components see the most abrasion in feed and biomass applications, and our service team can help your operators set up a simple inspection schedule.
To prepare a concrete proposal and quotation, please provide the following project information:
We use this information to confirm model selection, interface dimensions, motor and valve specifications, control interlocks and installation scope before submitting our formal quotation.
Yes. We provide turnkey solutions from process design and equipment manufacturing to installation, commissioning and operator training. Pulse filters, rotary distributors, magnets, gates and air locks are integrated into the same process drawings as the Pellet Mill and Bucket Elevator and Conveyor systems.
The round TBLMy range is compact and flexible for limited spaces and normal workshop dust loads. The square TBLMFa range provides larger filter areas and higher air volume capacity, making it the better choice when dust concentration is high or several process machines are connected to one collector. Bag length can be 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 mm, or customised.
We need the number of bins or outlets, pipe diameter, capacity per hour, available headroom, material characteristics and the control interface. Our TFPX distributors are available from 4 to 16 ways in 219 mm or 250 mm spout sizes, with gravity-fed automatic positioning and optional self-priming configuration.
We supply TCXT tubular magnets for installation in gravity flow lines ahead of hammer mills, pellet mills, crushers and extruders. The magnet removes ferrous material from the product before it can enter the process machine, reducing wear and protecting final feed quality.
Yes. We keep common wear parts and critical components in stock for quick dispatch, and we provide training and technical support so your team can perform routine maintenance. Our after-sales team also supports remote diagnostics and on-site service when needed.
