Engineered for versatility and high throughput, our teardrop-shaped hammer mills optimize material flow and ensure superior particle size distribution (PSD). Featuring a U-shaped dual-grinding design and adjustable hammer-to-screen clearance, this series effortlessly handles both coarse and fine grinding applications.
Precision and Stability: A dynamically balanced rotor combined with direct-drive coupling ensures vibration-free operation and minimal bearing temperature increase.
Built for durability, this machine features wear-resistant alloy hammers and a full-width access door for quick maintenance and easy screen changes.

Goldlong Machinery and Engineering Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer and supplier of feed grinding systems, with hammer mills engineered for poultry, livestock, aquatic and premix feed production. Our SFSP and wide-type pulverizer range covers capacities from roughly 1.5 t/h to 45 t/h, so the same family can serve a small premix plant or a large integrated feed mill.
We combine a teardrop-shaped grinding chamber, dynamically balanced rotor and adjustable hammer-to-screen clearance into machines that handle both coarse and fine grinding in one production line. As a Custom Hammer Mill Feed Grinder Manufacturer, we do not stop at the mill itself — we supply the magnetic feeder, air duct, support frame, electrical cabinet and full commissioning support needed for a working grinding station.
Each series has a specific position in the feed production flow, from pre-grinding bulky ingredients to fine pulverizing for aqua feed.
Compact direct-drive grinders for small and mid-size feed lines. Models FSP56×36B and FSP56×40B cover 2–5 t/h and 15–37 kW, with coarse-to-fine grind adjustment, forward/reverse rotor and bearing temperature monitoring.
High-capacity grinding for large poultry and pig feed plants. Five models from FSP120×40B to FSP120×100B deliver 10.5–45 t/h at 75–315 kW using a tear-circle chamber, U-shaped dual grinding zone and alloy vacuum-welded hammers.
Wide-chamber fine pulverizer for aqua and high-mash formulas. FSWP65×45D to FSWP65×150D produce 1.5–16 t/h at 30–315 kW with enlarged screening area for particles below 1.5 mm.
Vertical fine-grinding stage for aqua feed and other recipes that require a narrow particle distribution. Works after a primary hammer mill in multi-stage grinding systems.
Selection starts with the raw materials you grind. Corn, wheat, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, rice hulls and fish meal differ in density, moisture and fibre content, and each affects feeding rate, screen life and motor demand.
Our mills suit typical feed mill moisture levels without pre-drying. For dusty ingredients, we recommend a pre-cleaner and magnetic separator before the mill to protect hammers and screens. A variable-frequency feeder prevents surging when material bulk density varies.
Our proposal states output range, installed power, machine weight, external dimensions, recommended aspiration and feeder options. We do not certify an output number without knowing the material and screen specification.
| Series | Models | Power | Capacity | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SFSP Feed | FSP56×36B, FSP56×40B | 15–37 kW | 2–5 t/h | Poultry, pig, premix and small feed lines |
| SFSP Tear Circle | FSP120×40B to FSP120×100B | 75–315 kW | 10.5–45 t/h | Large poultry and pig feed mills |
| Wide Type | FSWP65×45D to FSWP65×150D | 30–315 kW | 1.5–16 t/h | Aqua feed, fine pulverizing below 1.5 mm |
| SWFL Vertical | Vertical pulverizer | Selected by line design | Fine grinding stage | Secondary grinding for aqua and special feed |
Our hammer mills integrate with the feed plant's electrical control system. For automated lines, we supply frequency conversion control for the feeder, interlock with upstream conveyors, overload protection, bearing temperature measurement and vibration monitoring outputs that can be read in the control room.
Downstream of the mill, the ground material typically continues to a mixer or bin via a screw conveyor or bucket elevator, and aspiration is returned through a square pulse filter. We can provide matched equipment from our product range, including Mixer, Bucket Elevator and Conveyor and TBLMFa Series Square Pulse Filter, so the grinding section arrives as a matched set rather than separate machines.
We design the mill base and support frame to suit the plant layout. During installation we align the direct coupling, verify rotor clearance, check the feeder and magnet, set the hammer-to-screen gap, and confirm that the aspiration duct is sealed so the grinding chamber operates under the intended airflow.
Fully opening the access door isolates the grinding chamber for safe screen changes. Our commissioning procedure includes a no-load rotor run, balanced vibration check, gradual material feed ramp-up, and verification of discharge fineness. Acceptance is based on the output and grind quality agreed in the proposal, using the customer's material and screen.
Our service scope covers operator and maintenance staff training, remote diagnostics, and technical support through the equipment lifecycle. For turnkey projects we also manage installation and commissioning on site.
To prepare an accurate configuration and quotation, we start with the following project data:
Yes. The adjustable hammer-to-screen clearance and interchangeable screens let one machine switch between coarse and fine grinding. We confirm the practical capacity for each grind size before quoting.
We supply either a variable frequency self-cleaning feeder or a belt magnetic separator feeder. The choice depends on whether your priority is automated line control or removing ferrous metal before grinding.
Tell us the required t/h at a specified screen size and the material type. For example, an SFSP Series Tear Circle Hammer Mill covers 10.5–45 t/h; the smaller SFSP models cover 2–5 t/h. We match capacity, motor power and feeding method to the rest of your line.
A belt magnetic separator or magnetic plate before the grinding chamber removes tramp metal before it reaches the hammers and screens. We recommend this option for plants that handle raw grain from multiple sources.
Yes. Beyond machine supply, we provide turnkey support from design and manufacturing to on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, maintenance guidance and spare parts. Our projects have been delivered across Europe, Asia and Africa.
We need the raw material mix, capacity target, screen size, final particle size, available building dimensions and whether you want a single grinding mill or a complete line. This data allows us to propose the right chamber width, motor power, feeder and aspiration configuration.
