Lifting and conveying equipment is used for the vertical or inclined transport of materials, enabling efficient material handling from one process stage to another. This type of equipment is diverse, including bucket elevators, screw elevators, vertical belt conveyors, and chain conveyors, and can adapt to the conveying needs of granular, powdery, lumpy, and bulk materials. Lifting and conveying equipment features a compact structure, small footprint, stable operation, large conveying capacity, and low energy consumption. It can also be flexibly designed and arranged according to process requirements, and is widely used in industries such as feed, chemicals, mining, and pharmaceuticals. In applications requiring high lifting height and conveying capacity, the equipment can achieve continuous, efficient, and safe material transport, significantly improving production efficiency and automation levels.

Goldlong Machinery And Engineering Co., Ltd. supplies the lifting and conveying machines that keep feed, grain, chemical and biomass plants moving between process stages. The bucket elevator and conveyor line we manufacture consists of TDTG series bucket elevators, TLSS series screw conveyors and TGSU self-cleaning drag conveyors. As a China-based manufacturer and turnkey project contractor, we size each unit around the actual layout, tonnage and material behaviour rather than offering a generic machine.
Our Custom Universal Industries Bucket Elevator page summarises the available range, the engineering options we build, and the project information we need before preparing a proposal.
The TDTG range is our vertical lift solution for powder and granular materials. Machines are built with welded barrel sections, flanged connections, a low-stretch bucket belt and drum-shaped rubber-coated head pulleys to reduce slip. Standard safety and process fittings include an observation window, explosion vent, balance pipe, anti-reverse device and speed monitor; a belt misalignment alarm is available as an option. Tensioning can be gravity- or screw-type, depending on the installation.
The TLSS screw conveyor handles vertical, inclined or horizontal runs where a compact footprint and simple integration matter. Its helical shaft is made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel, and the angle and pitch can be matched to the material. We use this family for additives, meals, grains and organic fertilizer where the line layout needs a flexible conveyor between processing machines.
The TGSU self-cleaning drag conveyor is built for horizontal and inclined transport of powders, granules and high-moisture or caking-prone materials. Its scraper design prevents material adhesion and blockage, while the chain and scraper are selected for wear resistance in continuous operation. Length and inclination angle are customized to the process route.

Rated capacity depends on material density, conveying height, angle and feeding method. The table lists common models and their stated capacity ranges; power is fixed by the elevator height and capacity for TDTG, and by conveying length and volume for TGSU.

The Series Bucket Elevator product page gives the full model overview. For chain-based transfer, the Self-cleaning Drag Conveyor page details the TGSU range and sizing logic.
Our conveying machines are designed to work with the plant control system rather than as isolated units. Standard monitoring devices on the bucket elevator can be connected to a PLC for speed, belt slip and misalignment alarms. The anti-reverse device protects the belt and buckets during stopping or power loss. For turnkey projects, we also design, install and commission the electrical control system, including interlocks between conveyors and upstream processing machines.
Our own 14,000 m² manufacturing facility and ERP management system give us control over fabrication, assembly and traceability. Before shipment, each machine passes a comprehensive inspection covering performance, stability, safety and full system testing. For complete projects, our scope runs from requirement analysis and process design through equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training.
We build a proposal around the following information. The more complete the data, the closer the first layout will be to final installation.
The required capacity in tonnes per hour, the vertical lift height and the material's bulk properties determine the model. For the TDTG range, power is fixed by height and capacity, so we confirm those two values before proposing a specific machine.
Yes. The TLSS series can be arranged vertically, inclined or horizontally. The pitch, trough length and drive position are customized to the material and available space; for very high lifts, a bucket elevator is usually the more economical choice.
The TGSU uses a self-cleaning scraper design that prevents material adhesion, accumulation and blockage during conveying. This makes it suitable for wet grain, caking-prone powders and materials that tend to build up in conventional conveyors.
We supply either. You can order one TDTG, TLSS or TGSU machine, or we can design the complete material-handling loop as part of a turnkey feed, grain or fertilizer project, including electrical control, installation, commissioning and training.
We provide operator and maintenance training, remote diagnostics, rapid response support and stocked spare parts for common wear items. Our after-sales team follows up regularly to keep the conveying line running with minimal unplanned downtime.
